DUA is proud to present a collection of affordable lamps and wall sconces made with rich
materials taken from the landscape of one of the most exotic locations in the world.
Natural products such as banana silk, cinnamon and ebony have been transformed into contemporary Asian designs
that will add a unique flavor to any lighting installation.

Using the talent of local artisans, DUA products combine international standards and
certifications with fine hand craftsmanship .

1. Who is DUA?

DUA (Dijaya Unilight Asia) is a boutique lighting company based in Bali, Indonesia.
It is a Joint Venture between Unilight and Dijaya, a well respected lighting company established in 1996 by a Canadian design engineer.
Dijaya (now DUA) is best known in the European , Asian, Pacific and Australian retail markets for its quality range of contemporary modern through to rustic ancient designs using unique natural materials and fine hand craftsmanship.

2. What type of lighting does DUA produce?

We are best known for our hand crafted unique portable lamps and wall sconces.

3. Does DUA do Custom?

Yes. However, delivery would be a minimum of 12 weeks (inclusive 4 weeks seafreight) from shop drawing approval.
Our goal is to improve on this lead time once our new factory is better established.

4. Are the fixtures UL/CSA/CUL approved?

Yes

5. What are the delivery times?

Usually 2 weeks for Standard items and 12 to 14 weeks for large quantity Standard items and custom projects.

6. What Terms and Conditions be offered?

Standard- Net 30 days (pending credit approval)
Custom- 50% deposit, net 30 days

7. Can shade materials, lamping types or dimensions be changed?

Yes. In most cases, this is possible. However, the order would fall within the Custom parameters and guidelines.

8. Will the wood crack?

All the wood is of the highest quality and kiln dried for the export market. Unilight will guarantee the fixtures against
any defects according to its usual guidelines.
